January isn’t about overhauls for us—it’s about small, steady choices. Morning light on a quiet walk. A playlist that sets the day. A sweater you reach for without thinking. We asked the team to share one intention for 2026, a winter ritual they love, a little joy that lifts the mood, and the Leallo pick that’s in constant rotation. Consider this your gentle nudge to begin again and set new intentions for 2026.

Try It: Set Your Own 2026 Intention (in 5 minutes)

1) Breathe
Sit, unclench your jaw, take a few slow breaths. This helps you shift from outcome-chasing to present-moment clarity.

2) Choose A Word
Pick a single word or short phrase that feels like your theme for the year (e.g., “Steady,” “Soft,” “Bold”).

3) Write One Line
Turn the word into a sentence you can live today (not a distant goal): “I move through my day with steadiness.” Intentions describe how you want to be, right now.

4) Pair It With A Tiny Ritual
Attach the intention to something doable (five-minute walk, one line of journaling, a daily stretch). Small rituals help intentions stick.

5) Add A Little Joy
Name one quick lift you’ll reach for (favorite song, coffee order, reading). Joy makes the practice sustainable.

6) Make It Visible
Put the line where you’ll see it—notes app, mirror, calendar reminder—and revisit it in the morning or evening with a gentle check-in.

If you’re setting your own intention, we’d love to see it. Share a line, a ritual, or a small joy and tag @leallothebrand. Here’s to fresh starts—kept simple.
