Erica, our regional store manager, and a busy mom of two kids under 5, is always multi-tasking, and needs her outfits to be comfy, easy, and super-cute. Whether she's making rounds at the stores, at school pickup, or toting both little ones around town, she's got a few go-to looks that hit the mark every time. Here's the scoop, straight from the source...

My go-to, all-time-favorite is a matching Dune Crew & Dune Crop. Lately it’s been in Dusty Olive and our new True Navy on repeat. I also love layers, and i feel like you can layer and layer, and just keep layering with all our pieces. The Dartmouth on top of everything is the best, and I'm always layering a tee under every outfit as my base. The Chloe Tee will always have my heart, but the slightly more fitted Diana is such a great new style that's becoming a close second for me. 

Ahh the dreamiest cashmere set! The Alicia sweater is a bit longer and more oversized than the Erica, toss it on over a Chloe tee, and pair it with the matching Cashmere Tasha Pant. Add our 'most favorited' travel wraps to the mix and it doesn't get much better! 

I carry my Dune Crops over from outfit to outfit, as they are the pant-of-the-moment for me, but pairing them with the Heidi is another set I really love, and is perfect for traveling to warmer places this winter. I love this set in white, it looks so crisp and clean for vacation coffee walks on the beach! 

Not a full look, but the Scout Cotton Sweater is just a great cotton piece that should be a staple in everyones closet. It's such a great travel sweater for warmer temps, but also perfect for layering in the cold. I size way up in this one to make it chunkier and not so shrunken. It's the perfect sweater to have in your bag every day. I love a sweater with sweats too, it makes your cozy sweat-outfit look a bit more elevated.

Any Dune set on sale is such a great deal! I love them to work in, sleep in, walk in, lounge in, do anything in! So when I can get them on sale, I grab them all in duplicates! I'll take tie dye, ombre, splatter... whichever! 

The Riley Jumpsuit is another great sale piece for park days with the kids! Easy and comfortable!
